Hard Drive to CD/DVD Backup / CD/DVD Copy	$55 / $66 $3/$6	We can copy the contents of your drive to a CD , DVD, or Hard disc drive
Memory Installation	$44	We can consult the customer on the correct memory type to purchase
Application Software Installation	$44	Customer must suppy the instalation disks/CDs

Virus Removal / Spyware removal	$77	We can only guarantee that the virus will be removed. We DO NOT guarantee data. Price based on average cost

We have extensive expertise, and can provide support on a casual or regular ongoing basis.

Sunshine Solutions' rates are highly competitive, and significant savings can be made by selecting an IT Plan suited to your business.

At-Call Support (Casual Support)

Casual IT Support (suitable for both desktop & network support) is available for $130 per hour.
There is no call out fee in our normal service area. Minimum billing is a 1 hour, with additional time rounded to the next 30 minutes.

Service request made outside normal office hours:

• First 2 Hours: $195 (1.5 x normal rate)
• Subsequent Time: $ 260 per hour (2 x normal rate).
